All sets are available in both a low or high base. Ideal for yoni streaming is the low base, which allows you to comfortable relax in a deep squat. The high base is suitable for postpartum women, as it’s gentler on the knees during recovery. This higher set is also ideal for those with a stiffer or injured body.
