Shipment

We pack your order with lots of love, for you, the products and the environment. We don’t use any fancy packing material that’s impactful on the environment, for you to just throw out after opening your package. For filling we mostly use plain packing paper or recycled/re-used plastic bubble wrap. The packaging will be simple and discreet: the sending label will state ’emVROUWerment’.

Costs & Delivery Time

The Netherlands: Every day we pack all the orders, for them to be shipped out within one business day. Usually it’s delivered within 1-2 business days. But we don’t have any control in delays from the shipment company. We mostly use postNL or DHL to do our shipments, but it can deviate. Every package is send with a Track & Trace, you’ll receive an e-mail with the code. For orders under €100,- shipment will be €4,95 incl Track & Trace. No shipment costs for orders above €100,-! A great excuse to spoil yourself with more pleasure ;)

Belgium, Germany & Luxemburg: Every day we pack all the orders, for them to be shipped out within one business day. Usually it’s delivered within 1-2 business days. Europe & UK: Every day we pack all the orders, for them to be shipped out within one business day. Shipment time will depend per country. Every package is send with a Track & Trace so you have insight in the shipment time. You’ll receive an e-mail with the code. For orders under €150,- shipment costs incl Track & Trace will depend per country, it’s mostly somewhere between €10,- and €20,-. The precise cost will be calculated in your cart after filling in your adress. No shipment costs for orders above €150,-! A great excuse to spoil yourself with more pleasure ;)

Lost packages

Because every order is sent out with a Track & Trace code, the chance your package will be lost is reduced. If your order didn’t arrive when your Track & Trace code said it would, please contact your postal service first before contacting Pleasure Siren/emVROUWerment.

Responsibility

You’re responsible for accepting your order when delivered or collect it at a pick up point after failed delivery attempts. When your packages isn’t collected on time, the shipment company will sent your order back to us. Only when we receive the package back, you’re able to choose if you want to cancel your order and receive your money back minus the shipment cost for both the original shipment and retour plus administration costs. Or if you want to pay the new shipment cost for us to ship your order a second time. So please check your track&trace code to receive your package full of pleasure!

Return policy

Because of hygiene our products are non-returnable by law.

We inspect and ship all our products with a lot of care, but if there is something wrong or broken (for example when a pleasure goodie broke during shipment) please contact info@pleasuresiren.com and we’ll find a solution.
