At Pleasure Siren & emVROUWerment we respect your privacy. We work according the Dutch Algemene Verordering Gegevensbescherming (AVG), which provides strict rules to deal with personal data of our clients.
Pleasure Siren & emVROUWerment only processes data that is necessary for (improving) their services. The information we have collected about you and your use of our service(s) is handled with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website, social media and services of both Pleasure Siren & emVROUWerment. The effective date of these conditions is 01/12/2022, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires.
DATA PROCESSING
Personal data may be left with Pleasure Siren or emVROUWerment for the following reasons:

- You sign up for an email request, waiting list, newsletter or similar mailing service

Both Pleasure Siren & emVROUWerment uses your data exclusively for the benefit of our services or the improvement thereof. The data is processed because you have given permission for this, for the implementation of your given assignment and/or agreement, because Pleasure Siren or emVROUwerment must comply with legal obligations and/or another legitimate interest in which the interests of the reader are taken into account.

When visiting the Pleasure Siren or emVROUWerment website, data may be collected automatically. This data is only processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (e.g. IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
In addition to the above data, image data can also be collected in the form of photos or videos. This can happen at a (physical) event or when you send visual material yourself (for example a review). This visual material can later be used on the website, social media and/or other marketing communications. Permission is requested for this when registering or sending.
Retention period of personal data
Pleasure Siren or emVROUWerment does not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose of the processed data. You have the right to limit the processing at all times, see your rights under ‘right of the reader’.
Based on administrative obligations, we must store invoices with your (personal) data in accordance with a legal retention period for fiscal data.

RIGHT OF THE READER

You always have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you suspect that we are using your personal data in the wrong way. We do ask you to make your complaint known in advance via info@pleasuresiren.com, so that we can resolve this together.
Right of access and information
You have the right at all times to view the data that we process or have processed and the purpose thereof. For this you can contact info@pleasuresiren.com, you will then receive a copy of all data and associated purpose that we have saved from you.
Right to rectification
You have the right at all times to have the data that we process or have processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to it, adjusted. You can submit a request to that effect via info@pleasuresiren.com. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data has been changed at the e-mail address known to us.
Right to data portability
You have the right at all times to have the data we process transferred to another party. You can submit a request to that effect via info@pleasuresiren.com. If your request is granted, we will send you all copies of data that we have processed about you at the e-mail address known to us and to the contact details of the other party. It is possible that in such a situation we can no longer continue to provide services to you, because we can no longer guarantee the secure linking of data.
Right to restriction of processing and to be forgotten
You have the right at all times to limit the data that we process or have processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to it. Unless this is not possible on the basis of a statutory retention period. You can submit a request to that effect via info@pleasuresiren.com. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed.
Right of objection
You have the right at all times to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of emVROUWerment. You can submit your objection via info@pleasuresiren.com. If you object, we will suspend data processing pending settlement. If your objection is well-founded, we will permanently suspend the processing.

COOKIES
The Pleasure Siren & emVROUWerment website uses cookies. You can delete the cookies, together with your browsing history, at any time in your browser. These cookies make it possible for us, among other things, to gain insight into how visitors use the website, so that we can further improve the website and the services offered on it. For example, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel are used to analyze the cookies.
