Clean & store your yoni wand/egg

All our glass and crystal yoni wands and eggs can give you lifelong pleasure when cared for correctly. In this blog we give you all our best tips and practices to clean and store your yoni goodies.

It’s important to clean your yoni wand or egg after each use. We advise you to clean the wand/egg directly (within 1 hour) after use. You can clean her with water with or without our AIA* Natural Toy Cleaner. If you have a drilled yoni egg, be aware to also clean the inside of the hole and dry it after by blowing through the hole with your mouth.

You can store your yoni wand or egg in the cotton pouch you receive with each Pleasure Siren product. Cotton is safe for your yoni goodie, since it’s breathable, reduces dust built-up and doesn’t cause any damage to the surface of the stone/crystal/glass. And… She is beautiful with our siren logo on the outside!

After a couple of uses it can feel like the crystal of glass adopts the energy of your pleasure and/or healing progress with the yoni egg/wand. We advise you to energetically clean your yoni goodie on average every month (depending on the use and your sensitivity to energies). Besides clearing all the stored energies in your yoni wand or egg, an energetic cleaning ritual can also serve as a ceremony to worship, care for and love your yoni and her pleasure products. As a sign of devotion and respect for your own body and pleasure.

You can work together with the 4 elements to clear your yoni product:

• Water: clean your yoni wand or egg in running water, a river or the sea. You can also use a bath with Himalaya or Keltic sea salt.
• Air: leave your egg outside in the wind for 24 hours or spread the smoke of mugwort (if you’re living in Europe, pleasure use this plant since it’s our native clearing plant and reduces the impact on our environment)/palo santo/sage with a feather or wing around your yoni wand or egg.
• Fire: Burn mugwort (if you’re living in Europe, pleasure use this plant since it’s our native clearing plant and reduces the impact on our environment)/palo santo/sage around your yoni wand or egg and use the smoke to clear out any energies.
• Earth: Burry your yoni wand or egg in the ground for 24 hours. Please cover the hole of your drilled yoni egg with tape, a was cord inside or a toothpick. Or lay your product for 24 hours in/on clear quartz, selenite or hematite.
